About this apartment rental
This apartment is 70m ² and is located on the south side of the house. It has three rooms: a living room with kitchen, two bedrooms and a large bathroom. In addition, it has a balcony. The apartment can be reached by the elevator without barriers.
To create a pleasant living atmosphere, the walls were painted in a warm color. In addition, all furniture is made of solid wood, pressboard or plastic cannot be found here.
This accommodation on Gut Mischenried is close to the A96 motorway and the S8 S-Bahn line - both transport options take you to Munich in 30 minutes.
All these properties make this furnished apartment a predestined accommodation for temporary living in Munich.
In the living room there is a large kitchenette and a self-made dining table. There are also two stacking beds in the living room that serve as a couch during the day and can be placed side by side at night to sleep.
The balcony offers space for four people at one table - so you can start the morning relaxed with a breakfast in the sun. Just like in the neighboring “Cherry” holiday apartment, there is also a large flower box on this balcony where herbs grow in summer.
This apartment also has our entertainment solution developed in-house: a Smart TV with a sound bar specially made for this application by a Munich company. In addition to satellite and DVB-T2 television, a DVD player, Netflix, Youtube and an HDMI connection are available. All of this is easy to use because only a single remote control is required.

We so enjoyed our stay, it was relaxing and cozy, we loved seeing the horses in the morning and evening. It was an ideal “base camp” for exploring the Bavarian countryside and mountain views, and the cafes and grocery stores in town were lovely resources as well. Thank you for a great apartment!!
