Cleanliness of the house.

Just a problem with ants.And the top floor was a bit hot.No fans to cool down.

Instructions were very clear. The property is very nice and certainly very clean. The property has issues with ants and insects but this was made very clear with instructions. The house is large, parking is great, a family would certainly enjoy. Snacks on the deck watching the sunset is awesome.

The house was extremely hot. The day we arrived there was no wind so we opened all doors and windows and enjoyed snacks on the deck. One of our party remembered the instruction to close windows and doors to keep insects out. The door from the deck to the top bedroom remained opened but no lights were on. Bedtime came and there was a multitude of insects throughout. We used the flyspray that was made available. BUT it was far too hot. No fans available. Maybe insect screens fitted to windows would be a great idea. Also the key to the entry door downstairs would not open the door. We had to unlock the wash house door, lock it again as there is no button. Unlock the front door. The same to lock up. Our concern - if there was a fire the doors are locked with no opening button for quick exit. The TV is an older version with no wifi available. It would not accept the movie box we bought along. However there is a box of videos so watched a couple of those.
