Studio with sea view

The property was exceptional but I was disappointed by the welcome from the host. They made no attempt to contact me prior to my visit and I had to contact them. Details of how to access the property were not given until I asked for them. If I book a property I expect the hosts to contact me immediately to welcome me and give me essential details like directions and how to pick up the key. Also the listing and even their own brochure stated a check out of 11.00 am but I was told I had to leave by 10.00am No mention was made of the tourist tax which would have ben useful to know in advance. The owners also expected me to empty the bins using a complicated system of a card to access the various different containers. I don't think guests should be expected to do this.

Very pleasant and convenient stay.

The studio apartment is accurately depicted in the listing pictures. The sea view is wonderful, especially from the balcony. The kitchen has the necessary dishes, glasses, silverware, etc. The building is safe and secure. It's an easy walk to the train station. Check-in/out and communication with the owner was easy.

I stayed in the apartment for two nights and loved it. It has all you need for a stay in historic Nettuno. I loved sitting on the balcony. You're on the 7th floor of the tallest building on the beach so it's impossible to get lost and the building has an elevator. It had air conditioning but I didn't need it as the ocean breeze and waves were a constant. It's easy walking distance to the borgo, train station and the American Cemetery. Luca and his daughter were so helpful and the apartment was very comfortable and extremely clean. The bathroom is very large with a tall shower and plenty of hot water.
