Nice stay and great spot for our pups with a dog area just outside. Floors didn’t feel like they had been swept well but that could just come with being in a beach area with all the sand. Overall it worked for us having a couple nights with our pups.

Overall it’s nice, clean and comfortable. Recommendations would be to replace the 2 cup coffee maker with a full size one. Also, the hotel style hair dryer does not work. We turned it on and immediately unplugged it because of an apparent short.Would definitely stay again in spite of the above.

Soft clean bed, clean towels, close to a couple restaurants. Would return. Did not use the kitchen appliances, so do not know how they worked. For a budget rental, this was good.

When firat arrived apartment was extremely hot. The window air conditioner in the bedroom was on but not blowing any cold air. Living room unit was off. We turned on living room unit and called for maintenance. He arrived within minutes. He put a barand new window unit in the bedroom, rewired the ceiling fan in bedroom that wasnt working (and cleaned it because it was covered with thick dust) and he put the recessed light that was hanging down out of the bedroom ceiling. I wiped down counters and noticed no dish soap. They brought me some. There was a tiny coffee pot that had no filters. They brought some that we made work but they werent the right kind for the small coffee maker. A full size coffee maker would be better since the ad says there is a coffee maker. Several dishes i got out of the cabinet where dirty. The one regular size coffee cup had lipstick on the rim. The rest of the coffee cups are more for hot tea. Very tiny. The hairdryer had a layer of dirt and dust on top of it. Rugs in bathroom where left on the sink. Light above frig flickers off and on constantly. Shade in the bedroom likes 6 inches being long enough. No privacy. Even though on 2nd floor i would like to have been able to change in the bedroom but couldnt because of open window. Lastly there was a strong odor of bug spray as soon as we entered the building. First two nights sleeping i woke up from my nose burning from the smell. It eventually got better on 3rd and 4th day (or we just got use to it)
