Valet parking, reception service, and room size: excellent.
The rooms are only cleaned if you leave the hotel early. We removed the "do not disturb" sign at 10 am and the room was not cleaned.

Best hotel in Gainesville!! Super clean and secure, and the staff and valet are the absolute best!! I highly recommend this hotel and feel so lucky that they came to my rescue to accommodate me during a very difficult time. I love the Hotel Eleo!!!

Modern clean very good taste
It was 28oF in Gainesville but my room had no heat. I called the front desk and it took 10 min twice to get an answer. They said that they would correct remotely, but did not. They then sent a tech who was unable to repair. I slept at 63oF. Next day, nothing was repaired : 10 more min again waiting for an answer on the phone but nothing, no heat. As it was a little warmer, the room was at 65oF. No apologies, nothing and the staff was not helpful.
Not very serious. Too bad as this would be a great hotel.
