La ubicación y tranquilidad del condominio, el número de baños y el nro de cuartos
Hay poca iluminación en el departamento, algunas lámparas no funcionan, no hay focos en las habitaciones ni en la sala, por que lo que no hay mucha luz en toda la casa. Los cubiertos no están completos para el nro de personas que ofrece el departamento. Las cortinas de 2 habitaciones están malogradas y algo super importante debería haber indicaciones para cerrar la casa, cada vez que salíamos no podríamos cerrar y nos demorábamos en salir, de la misma manera deber haber indicaciones para salir del condominio, todo lo demás muy bueno, incluida la limpieza del departamento.

And the manager took care of issues immediately
The unit needs a very deep clean and paint update. Every effort seems to have been made to make it presentable and comfortable but there were many identifiable problems which show the age of the unit
