The Space
Surprisingly spacious & open with 4 different living spaces. Front room (sleeps 2 on futon couch) , dining room, vaulted great living room (sleeps 2 on a queen sleeper sofa, and 1 on lounge couch), & game room (sleeps 2 on futon couch, 1 on lounge couch). 2 levels, 12 stairs to basement. Kitchen features a Vitamix. 2 parking spots in driveway, ample street parking as well. Easy access to your streaming services with 2 Roku TVs located in the Vaulted Great Room & Game Room.
No parking in garage.
Remote control candles provide relaxed ambient lighting for your evening unwinding.

Our stay in Richland for work was great. The host was fast with response and the home was as described. We would definitely stay here for work again, when back in town.

Stayed in the home for 4 nights with a buddy for the Tri Cities Ironman. Easy walk or run to the Columbia River and only a 4.5 mile ride to race start. Logistically the house worked out great!
Well timed and friendly communication from the property manager. Beds are VERY comfortable and the home has a well stocked kitchen and a number of activities (ping pong, connect 4, comfortable patio, etc). The home is in a quiet neighborhood with a number of nearby stores and restaurants. Backyard is beautifully landscaped and well maintained, we enjoyed using the patio after long days.
The home will be our first choice the next time we’re in Richland.

Our construction crew of four guys have stayed at this location several times. We find it to be clean, comfy, and a perfect home away from home. We really enjoy the comfortable beds and the nice backyard. The owner is pleasant, responsive, and very accommodating. We would recommend this rental to anyone who asked. Thanks again for providing us with a great experience!
