This was a great location for a weekend trip, the ability to use the ferry to get across the river and not have to worry about parking downtown was a huge plus. The condo was clean and had all the amenities we needed.

The property was breath taking, I loved it! This will be my place to stay when I return to New Orleans! Everything was perfect! The condo was worth every penny, it was nicer
in person, which was great! We didn’t want to leave, lol. We had no problems, plenty of space for a group of 5! Thank you so much Mr. Smail, We enjoyed our stay!

The Good
Seemed clean, was quiet and the ac worked fine.
The Bad
Found the last working crt tv in America. Wifi wouldn't work. Cloths dryer put holes in two tshirts. The pool was a green mess of a disgrace. If it isn't going to be maintained, it really should be removed from the description.
