Fantastic view. Close to beach, even if you need to go down the stairs, takes max 5 minutes down and up. Semi-private pebbles beach, only a few people everytime. Water color - incredible. Very big apartment (we were only 3), large balcony. Nice owners.
Maybe in the future some protection could be provided when using the stairs to the beach. Little dangerous if you have kids. Wifi not working so well, we needed it for remote work.
