From the moment you arrive, you will appreciate the modernized beauty and fun-filled activities for all ages! To kick off your vacation, the outdoor private pool awaits you. which can be heated during those chillier months. Allow yourself to be mesmerized, as you float around catching rays and sipping on your choice beverage from the Tiki Bar. At night, get the family together while grilling out and hosting a corn hole tournament or game of horseshoes!
Once you enter Ace's Delight Too, there is tons of indoor enjoyment for those rainy days. The rec room is equipped with a Pool Table, Sauna, Refrigerator, Wet Bar, Seating Area and Washer/Dryer. All full baths are spacious and feature a Jacuzzi tub to wind down.
The spacious floor plan on the top level includes a dining area, kitchen and living room, allowing for everyone to gather around for a meal or movie night! All bedding and mattresses throughout the home were new in 2020, providing a comfortable night sleep for all of your guests! The owner has also updated all of other furnishings throughout the home.

House was very clean and we loved the pet friendly option. Check in was a breeze. Beds were comfortable and speakers outside were nice to drown out the passing cars. WiFi did have issues and none of the tvs worked. Would have been nice to have those on a rainy day but otherwise great stay.

This home is located close to grocery stores,and about 2 blocks from the beach. We walked down to the peir most days/nights with ease. It is located just off the highway so there is some traffic noise, but I found this home to have more privacy than others. There is a nature barrier between the highway and pool area which helped cancel out the traffic. Our stay was the most comfortable and enjoyable of all my stays at the obx and I've been coming for years.

We loved the house and ALL the amenities. The location was not the best and I thought the price of the home did not reflect the location, it should have been lower. There was no oceanview, the house was located on the main highway and there were a few boards lifted on the decks, main stairway into the home and around the pool. The lower slider door was way too hard to open and close abd unfortunately I did pull a muscle in my arm during the stay there so decided to just not sure that door at all. The kitchen was very well equipped and the master suites were a plus. I don't know if jacuzzi's are used anymore but the 2nd level main suite would have benefited more with a larger shower. I don't want to knock the house because we did love it and the amenities were great.

The house was clean and comfortable. It was right off the busy Hwy, so you hear all the traffic, we were there in the off season, so it wasn't terrible. I was very disappointed that we paid over $400 extra for a heated pool, only to find out the pool was winterized/closed upon our arrival, and we had to call several times about getting our refund. The management company stated, they were unaware, and that the owner must have had it done. You will love the sauna and hot tub. They should replace the plastic/missing vertical blinds, but it well stocked and the beds are comfy.
