Spacious, beautifully furnished private townhome steps away from Siesta Beach. Sliding glass doors off 4 of the rooms open out to balconies, 2 overlooking the lake featuring a fountain and marine turtles. Relax in a peaceful setting and watch the sky turn color at sunset. Lovely townhome with all the amenities of home.
Lake houses offer a generous bi-level layout that includes separate dining and living rooms spaces. The eat-in kitchen is fully stocked with pots, pans, dishware, flatware, and has full-sized appliances including a dishwasher, microwave and washer and dryer for your convenience. Off the large living room there is a balcony overlooking the Lake. The Primary bedroom suite also opens onto a balcony and has an en-suite bathroom with closets and dressing area. The second bedroom has an adjacent full second bathroom. Our Lake House offers central A/C, high-speed WI-FI and spacious balconies, ample closet and storage space, Direct TV and garage parking for one car. On 15 acres of beautiful property the development includes a private heated pool, covered pavilion area with a BBQ, a picnic area and tennis courts.

It is only 7 miles to downtown Sarasota. There you will find popular area attractions such as Mote Marine Aquarium, the Marie Selby Botanical Gardens, Sarasota Jungle Gardens(flamingos galore!) and the Ringling Museum and Art Gallery. Cultural opportunities include Van Wezel Performing Arts Hall and the Asolo Reperatory Theatre .
For those who enjoy State Parks and, in particular, seeing alligators in the wild, try Myakka River State Park. You can take a narrated boat trip to see alligators. Tram rides and bike rentals are also available.

Stayed for a week for spring break overall is was a great experience. Condo was in a great location right across from the public beach access. Check in was smooth got the code and keys without an issue. The condo is bigger than I expected both room are a good size with bathrooms right next to them. Washer a dryer in unit made it nice not to have to bring dirty clothes home. Has a nice view from the back balcony with a pond and in the distance you can see the beach. I would say 4.5 out of 5 stars the condo could use just a deep clean and then it would be perfect. We are happy with our stay and would stay again and recommend booking it.

The unit is very well equipped. Bedrooms, bathrooms and kitchen are very nice. Our only minor complaint would be the beach equipment. There were no usable umbrellas and the chairs we too low for us older folks. We bought a chair and left it for the next renters. The owner was so was very easy to text with and he responded immediately. We had a wonderful two weeks.

The location of this property is top notch. Across from pickleball courts and the parking lot of Siesta Key Beach. The free trolley stops in front of the condo complex making it very convenient. This unit is spacious with a nice floor plan. However, it needs refurbishing and a deep cleaning. Limitations on the use of air conditioning resulted in some uncomfortable nights. Bathrooms and kitchen are aged and need updating considering the upscale pricing. Some kitchen and bathroom supplies were in short supply and needed to be purchased. The owner (Noël) is very responsive and check-in and communication were very good. After departure I expressed some of the concerns detailed above and the owner was very responsive and open to my input. I have no doubt Noël will address any constructive input by renters.
