An exceptional farmhouse, ideally located on the heights of Venasque, this village is classified as one of "The most beautiful villages in France". The property will delight you as much by its Provencal environment and view of Mont Ventoux, as by the comfort of its services and a delicious interior decoration. The village has charming shops such as a bakery, grocery store, restaurants, bicycle rental and beautiful hiking trails.
Outside, the property with 1,500m, there are various places to spend quiet moments, read, have meals and play. The large swimming pool offers an impressive view of Mont Ventoux and the valley. In the garden of the property there is a mill with one bedroom and its bathroom.
Inside, with a surface of 230m², on the ground floor there is a modern American kitchen, dining room, living room and small living room with fireplace, office with its own bathroom, which can also be used as a bedroom. bedroom (two single beds). Upstairs 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms.

This is a former mill property sensitively converted set in rustic and extensive grounds with fantastic views of Mont Ventoux and Carpentras and beyond.
