This prestigious air-conditioned and carefully decorated house will allow you to enjoy an exceptional view of the bay of Santa Giulia.
Recently built with modern and neat decoration, it is composed as follows:
A living room with non-convertible sofa - 4 bedrooms with 2 beds (90 x 190 cm) that can be converted into a double bed - 3 bathrooms with shower - 3 toilets - A fully equipped kitchen open to the living room (dishwasher, washing machine, kettle, Dolce Gusto capsule coffee maker, toaster, combined refrigerator, ceramic hob, oven, extractor hood, microwave) - A large terrace.
It is also equipped with a barbecue, an LCD TV, a vacuum cleaner, an iron and an ironing board, a safe, garden furniture and free Wi-Fi. .
Location: This house is located approximately 650 meters from the beach and 300 meters from the residence's heated swimming pool.
Touristic tax: €1 per day and per adult.
The laundry package (sheets and towels) and the final cleaning is included.
Extras (on reservation) not included in the rates, to be paid upon arrival:
- Baby bed: €10 per day.
- Beach towel: €10 per towel.
- Intermediate cleaning: €150.
- Late arrival (after reception closing hours): €20.
- Animal admitted only on request: €20 per animal per day.
