About this house rental
Cosy holiday home renovated in 2016. Great sea views from the two balconies. The holiday home is practically arranged with two living rooms with wood burning stoves, one living room has TV with Astra1 with German and European TV channels and Viasat for Norwegian and international TV channels. Two bathrooms. Free internet for surfing only. There are football games in the holiday home, see photo. Swimming possibilities from a shallow sandy beach 400 meters from the holiday home. Several good fresh waters with trout in the immediate area. The salmon and trout river, Norddalselva in the center of Åfjord 20 km away. Here you will find all the service offerings. 11 km to the famous restaurant Strandbaren on Stokkøya, close to a beautiful sandy beach. Distance to marina, 300 m. Covered filleting area for fish with running water and light, by the marina. Here are rooms with freezer and storage of fishing equipment. Requirements for renting a boat: Boat driver's certificate. Boats for rent, all with GPS / chart plotter / sonar: 1x 22 foot Saga, open boat with 150 HP Yamaha (available from 2023) 1x 21 foot Bella Ocean with 150 HP Mercury 1x 17 foot Rana with 30 HP Suzuki. 1x 16 foot Suvi with 40 HP Honda. 1x 17 foot Clear with 60 HP Mercury. 1x 28 foot Bonansa with 250HP diesel engine.

We enjoyed our stay here, though it was a bit far from some attractions, The nearby dining options were decent, especially The Beach Bar, The house itself was clean and had a cozy vibe,

Nice place overall, The beds were comfy and the living space was big enough for our group, We had some issues with the WiFi being slow at times, but it wasn't a dealbreaker, The host was really friendly and helpful, made us feel at home, The area is quiet, perfect for chilling out after a day of exploring,
