Location was absolutely beautiful. Walking distance to the beach, bars, restaurants and 2 x local shops. You can rent a car which is in walking distance but you honestly don’t need a car as they’re lots of restaurants to choose from. I recommend visiting the host family run restaurant (Panorama). The views and flowers are stunning (we had the sea view table) and our food was amazing. You can book boat trips at the Pool bar which includes your transfers. The Villa itself was so peaceful, clean and a great size. The aircon was much needed and worked perfectly. We didn’t realise we had a pool each (we rented 2 villas) so this was a bonus. The jacuzzi has blue tooth speakers which my kids enjoyed. Great size and has everything you need including a working bbq, washing machine, dishwasher, beach towels and the little things onsite like ice cube trays and washing liner with pegs. The maintenance man was really nice and onsite most days watering the plants, happy to help if you need anything but doesn’t speak good English so you need your phone to transfer. We will be definitely returning to Petriti.

I recommend asking the host on arrival about check out. It was hard to get a response. We had no issues as we left our luggage onsite but it would have been nice to have confirmation.

eigener Whirlpool UND Pool für jede Villa, Lage zum Strand sehr kurzer Fußweg, sehr ruhiges Fischerdorf, viele Restaurants in unmittelbarer Nähe, Meerblick, 2 gleichwertige Schlafzimmer im Obergeschoß, Waschmaschine, Toaster, Wasserkocher etc vorhanden, der Hausmeister kam jeden Morgen zu Whirlpool und Pool kontrollieren und ggf Wasser nachfüllen, super WLAN innen und im gesamten Außenbereich, das Meer war Mitte September noch angenehm warm und wenn man Richtung Strand geht und dann rechts nach dem letzten Lokal über die kleine Brücke sind ein paar Meter Sandstrand und Einstieg ins Meer reiner Sand und bis Höhe des alten Fischerbootes seichtes Wasser, man braucht keine Badeschuhe, ideal für kleine Kinder

1 Dusche für 4 Personen, aber zum Glück 2 WC's (EG und OG), Kleiderschrank eher klein, Garderobe im EG wäre super

We were blown away with Thalasso Palace, the structure, the accommodations, the location and the affordability. We couldn’t have asked for a better home base for our island exploration. Petriti in the evening is such a fresh breath after leaving the crowds at the main tourist locations.

This is not a dislike about the property but wish that there were instructions about using the HVAC system. It was a system and setup that we were not use to and operator error caused us to go without it for a couple warm nights.

Beautiful home, very airy and cool. Beds are comfortable, hammock is excellent addition to the garden. Pool and hot tub are well maintained. Many restaurants available down the road, and Petriti is nice cosy quiet little coastal place, really made for rest and relaxation. Parking is safe and your car stays inside the fence of the villa. We loved our stay and would like to come back.
