This condo is very complete and comfortable and will outdo any hotel experience. This unit is operated individually by The Marin Family and not by the Condo Hotel The Pearl.
You will have all comforts and privacy in your own apartment, yet have great amenities right in front of your door. BBQ area - and place to sit and relax - reception - huge pool - restaurant - laundry facilities - 24/7 security.
And best of all: just steps away from the NUMBER 3 BEACH IN THE WORLD: EAGLE BEACH!
This 2 bedroom condo is the perfect accommodation for a family of 4.
The apartment is fully air-conditioned and has 2 bedrooms with each their own bathroom, own smart TV and own closet space.
The living area is spaceous and comfortably cool and has a dining table and seating area. The fully equipped kitchen has a full size fridge, stove, pots and pans, microwave, coffeemaker, blender, and of course all the needed dishes and silverware to comfortably prepare any meals at home.
Living area has large smart TV with cable and Netflix access.
We have great and easy to carry Tommy Bahama beach chairs for you so you can just walk out your door and bring your chairs and save a bundle on beach chair rental.
We also have a cooler and beach towels so you can pack light. In case you would like to wash, there even is a laundromat on property, for just USD 3 per wash.
There is Security at the condominium and the area is very safe. We also have a safe for you in the bedroom so you can store your valuables.
We are masters in cleanliness, so this condo is spotless.

IMPORTANT NOTES:
Upon arrival, there is a cash cleaning fee of $160 USD for the cleaning after your stay. This is not charged through VRBO because your rental payment goes to the homeowners' bank account in America. The cleaning gets done by a local company in Aruba, so it is more efficient to have the cleaning paid out on location.
We highly recommend you take out travel insurance as soon as you book your trip as this provides you with immediate cover for unforeseen emergencies. Travel insurance helps cover financial losses associated with surprise circumstances that could ruin a trip, including illness, injury, accidents, flight or other transportation delays, and other issues. Please understand that if you do not have travel insurance, any losses because of emergencies will be at your own risk and we uphold our VRBO cancellation policy and only refund according to this policy.
Your water and electricity is INCLUDED in your rental.
However, we do ask our guests to be energy concious and report running toilets, turn off AC when the rooms are not in use.

Check in and out was so easy, Daniel was great and gave some great recommendations upon arrival for restaurants on the island. Location was amazing, cleanliness and inventory of supplies for a week stay was perfect. Highly recommend!

Host was very helpful. AC and refrigerate worked great. Beqch chairs amazing and towels were thick. Shower would have been better if there was a shelf installed in the master bedroom. Water pressure a bit low but wayer was usally hit enough. Hot tub was great !

Our family had an incredible time staying here for a week! The pool kept my boys happy and the beach just a 5 minute walk away was perfect! The condo had everything we needed and the staff were so helpful. We will definitely be back someday!

Had a great stay at Casa Mia condo at the Pearl. The location was great, 5 minute walk to Eagle Beach. The Condo was well appointed, clean, with everything you need including Beach chairs, cooler and towels. Everything was in very good shape. The Pearl condo complex is mostly seniors with longer stays, very friendly and helpful. Pool was good, cool but refreshing! Bar restaurant is very good. Food is good, drinks are fantastic.
