The apartment is cosy and warm(every rooms and living area and toilet) has a heater
Nothing much...maybe lack a can opener haha, as we couldn't open a can of soup which we bought from supermarket

Location. Location. Location
Heat annoying to manage. Living room furniture very uncomfortable. Lack of furniture in bedroom.
No sound buffers between floors. We heard every step our upstairs neighbors took and their tv program selection.
Christmas tree in late February just screams lazy manager.
