A very confortable and wide room, with a cozy corner for breakfast with cofeemachine.
Very good position in the very centre of San Benedetto, near the main thoroughfare with market and nightlife, but not noisy.
Also near the beaches, which is important because of difficulty in finding parking.
no disappointment, because everything was clearly explained.
Only, it is not cheap considered that breakfast and WiFi are not included; but I wouldn't call it expensive either.

Proximity to main shopping mall.
Modern suite.
Very friendly host and most helpful.
Very clean.
Very difficult to find exact location street as number was hidden behind a pipe.
No hot water.
Coffee machine didn’t work.
Parking was difficult as we had to feed the meter with coins due to credit card facility not working.
Unable to contact host through WhatsApp with given number
