Location was fantastic. Right by the creek and a short walk to Frisco.
No air conditioning. The rooms up stairs were stuffy and I had to sleep on top of the covers because of the heat. It was also strange having the hosts food in the refrigerator, clothes in the closet, toiletries in the bathroom. I mean who wants to see someone else’s underwear?

The home is gorgeous and you can tell that it's a winter home for the owners, not a rental property. All the furniture, amenities, and appliances are top quality and everything is comfortable and functional. It's also a very short drive to Copper Mountain skiing (15-20 mins) and 2-3 mins to Fricso Main Street. We're planning to stay here again next year if it's available.
