Beautiful home located just outside of our exciting downtown! Have fun in the city and come back to relax in your temporary paradise just walking distance from the heart of downtown Sioux Falls. Particularly comfortable king and queen sized beds, smart TVs in every room, plenty of space/security, and the amazing location will ensure your stay is as pleasant as can be.

Communication with the owner was very good, and he was responsive to an issue that came up during my stay. The properly was nice and an good shape. The only negative was that some of the house rules were a bit "over the top".

The place was amazing. We were a mile (easy walk) to downtown and falls area (a little further to get to actual falls). We had tons of room. Owner controls A/C remotely, but we were always comfortably cool. There are some other house rules like... no shoes inside and no frying foods in oil... that you should know ahead of time, but make sense in terms of keeping the place so clean. Would definitely want to stay here again if we return to Sioux Falls. Location, location, location! Alex was great!
