The "Villa Aurora" is located near Denia, in the beautiful Segaría Mountains. The approximately 20km long sandy beaches of Denia and Oliva, three 18-hole golf courses (La Sella, Oliva Nova and Javea), the nature and bird sanctuary "La Marjal", the picturesque almond and cherry tree valleys (eg "Vall de la Gallinera “), Prehistoric caves, riding and tennis facilities: all this and much more can be found in the surrounding area.



The very well-kept villa itself is in a quiet, sunny area in the upmarket Monte Pego residential complex. The perfect environment to relax and unwind.



The house has currently space for four people. One of the two double bedrooms has a fully equipped en-suite bathroom with a bath and shower. The second bathroom is an independent shower bath.



The open kitchen offers the opportunity to prepare delicious meals together, while not neglecting the sociable aspect of cooking. If you would rather have a barbecue or prepare a paella, you have an outdoor kitchen on the pool terrace, which can also provide you with culinary delights during the day.



In addition to the cosy dining area, from which you have a great view of the surrounding mountains and nature, there is also an inviting fireplace room on the ground floor, which makes the family get-together very homey, especially in autumn or spring. For the cooler days you can also make yourself comfortable with some heating units (surcharge) in the house.



In summer, the new air conditioning systems cool both the two bedrooms and the large living area to the temperature you feel most comfortable with.



The pool (8x4m) and the adjacent terrace (including outdoor shower) offer privacy and also a fantastic view of the beautifully landscaped garden and the mountain range opposite. Since the house is oriented south-east, early risers have the opportunity to admire the sunrise in all its splendor every day.



Of course, the washing machine, dishwasher, microwave, coffee machine, iron and ironing board round off the extensive interior.



In about 900m you will find a bar / restaurant and the nearest shops can be reached within a few minutes.





The house does have heating, available for 8,- €/day.

The rental price includes an electricity consumption according to rental contract. An additional consumption will be billed separately.

A security deposit will be charged prior to arrival and will be refunded within 14 days of departure if no damages have been made.

There is a cleaning fee, which is not included in the rental price. The laundry costs for bed linen/towels are listed separately when booking.

From the 1 July until 31 August the arrivals and departures can only be realized on a Saturday.
