In Eggstätt, in one of the most beautiful areas of Upper Bavaria, the cosy holiday apartment "Alpenblick" is located on the 2nd floor and borders directly on green fields. The 50 m² apartment consists of a large living room with a single bed that can be used as a couch during the day, a well-equipped open kitchen, a beautiful Art Nouveau bedroom, another bed in the hallway in a cozy niche as well as a bathroom. It can therefore accommodate 4 people. Amenities also include Wi-Fi, fans, cable TV, a cot, board games, children's books, a cot and a high chair. The apartment also has a balcony overlooking the mountains and a terrace overlooking fields and meadows. You can relax on sun loungers and in the dining area and enjoy communal meals. A supermarket is 450 m from the accommodation and restaurants are 650 m away. The lakeside at the Hartsee is 1 km or an 11-minute walk away. In addition, there are many other lakes, all of which are within a 10-minute drive, and of course Lake Chiemsee. A short drive takes you to beautiful and interesting excursion destinations such as Herrenchiemsee Castle, Salzburg and the mountains.

Pros: Die Vermieterin ist total nett und gastfreundlich , check in ohne Probleme, Küche ist super ausgestattet und Balkone haben eine traumhafte Aussicht. Die Lage zu kleinen Seen ist super. Bequem zu Fuß über einen schönen Weg durch den Wald erreichbar. Auch das Dorfzentrum ist schnell erreichbar.
Cons: Ein Bett steht direkt neben der Eingangstür,
Parken vor dem Grundstück, nicht auf dem Grundstück, für Warmwasser in der Küche muss man oft länger als 5 Minuten das Wasser laufen lassen.

Pros: eine sehr nette und gepflege Vermieterin. Ebenso gepflegt ist die Wohnung Objekt in einem wunderschönen Haus in ruhiger Lage und schöner Aussicht.
