We had such a wonderful experience staying at this apartment. Honestly, I did not want to leave! When we arrived in Phuket in the morning, I messaged the host to ask if we could leave our luggage. She simply told us that the keys were waiting for us in the mailbox. I was honestly surprised that everything was so easy and that there were no additional fees or complications. The apartment is super, super, super clean — it honestly feels like a brand-new apartment after renovation. Everything is new, fresh, and very well maintained. There are plenty of towels, and the kitchen has absolutely everything you need: a toaster, microwave, cooking utensils, and more. Having a washing machine was especially important for us because we were travelling with children. It made our stay so much easier. And the view from the balcony is simply amazing! You can sit there for hours just looking at the lake and enjoying the beautiful scenery. The swimming pool is also great and everything works perfectly. The apartment is only about a 5–6 minute walk from Bang Tao Beach, which is very convenient for families. But what impressed me the most was the host and her incredible hospitality. I have travelled and booked many apartments before, but I have honestly never experienced this level of kindness and understanding. On our last day, our check-out was at 12:00, but our flight was only at 4:00 PM. The host kindly allowed us to stay longer without any additional charge. This was incredibly helpful, especially with children and luggage. I truly feel that this is the famous Thai hospitality — such kind, generous, and caring people. I am extremely grateful to the host. Her kindness really made a difference to our trip. The apartment is perfect for a family of up to five people. Everything you need is there. We could even make toast and breakfast for the children in the morning, which was so convenient. I highly recommend this apartment to families.

Good quality, good location for the Laguna Phuket Triathlon

Apartments towards the road side are noisy, especially during night hours. Next time I book lake side. Suggest to have a sponge and towel in the kitchen area for washing up.

Mooi ruim appartement met alles erop en eraan. Fijne ligging, met het bootje naar het strand.

I told them that I am coming a bit early. They immediately responded positively to my request. They location and the view of the lake was remarkable
