Serenity Apartments -Nea Moudania Halkidiki

The location is excellent, the apartment is nice clean and has everything needed. The rooms are nice , sofa bed can even fit 2 people, the air conditioner works perfectly and so does the water boiler and the fridge. The shower place is good and have curtain. Shops are close (5-10 mins away by foot) , easily can find them in google maps (wi-fi is available and is pretty good). Nearest beach is about 10 mins by car, and you can go to the center within 3 minutes by foot. Perfect price-quality ratio for the area.

Bathroom is a bit small. The Wc and sink are too close and its hard to sit in there. The apartment is ground level so no balcony, but there is a patio, which isnt the most private place as its surrounded by other flats around. There are musquitoes and spiders around but there's a musquito net, so it helps a bit with the insects.

It was clean and nice. Have their own parking space in front of the garage. Mosquito Nets are really a plus. What I loved the most is that the apartment is in the shadows so it does not get to warm and you can stay in without the AC on, which I can’t say for most of the Greek accommodation. It has a big yard outside in shadow so you can enjoy your coffe/ breakfast outside. It is close to the center/coffee shops/markets. It has drapes and blinds, so if you like to sleep in total dark this is perfect for you. It has all you need for an apartment. Bring extra towels if you stay longer.

It does not have a sea view.

The host was very nice. The apartment is close to the city center. You have pretty much everything you'd need at the apartment.

The cleanliness could have been better to be honest. The bathroom did not have the most sterile feeling if I could say that, things like hairs, a bit of dirtiness in the toilet and old toiletries from maybe the previous guests. The kitchenware also was kinda dirty, I needed a fork one night and I couldn't find even one that didn't have old food on it. If you don't care about this stuff then you probably wouldn't have a problem. I'm really sorry cause the host was very nice with us and besides the aforementioned stuff it is a really great accommodation, but it has even more potential if there would be a bit more attention to these details and I'm just trying to be honest.
