The location is great

The apartment needs some TLC; the balcony furniture was rusty, the clothes dryer was rusty, the main bathroom had the most disgusting smell - not sure if it was the drains. The apartment has a washing machine but no washing capsules were provided, only one bin bag was provided. There is a TV but it’s not a smart TV and only local Spanish TV. The apartment is on the 4th floor and there is a loft but other residents in the apartments constantly leave the loft door open on one of the other floors and the loft doesn’t work as all doors need to be closed. This is a problem if you are not good with stairs.
