the place is lovely, spatious, comfortable and has nice hosts. the jacuzzi, trampoline and play area are great addition. the olive trees in the garden are magical and add the final touch. the back gate shortens your already short trip to the beach even more so you can reach the sea within 2-3 mins. overall, i would not mind coming back here

- the air conditioning was fairly weak and placed in the living room only, so it had a rough time to reach the bedrooms - there were some fans provided, but given the odd locations of power sockets, it was hard to set them up in a meaningful way so we ended up spending some of the first nights in the living room - there are actually two appartments on the property (created as separate listings on booking so not readily visible) so you'll be sharing the jacuzzi etc. - we are fairly private people so this was a bit disappointing is any of this a big deal? absolutely not :)

Huge garden, everything you need. BBQ, garden, jacuzzi, bed in the garden, baldacchino, parking. The sea is less than five minutes, but first beaches are for dog, so if you are not interested better to go a little further. The house were good enough and with all furniture. Also spacious. Maybe could be improved the privacy and darkness in the morning with different curtains or system. Overall very good experience. Mosquito, but is general problem not of the house are a little bit bothering
