Apartament Plaja Neversea

Apartamentul a fost excelent pentru vacanța noastră la mare, spațios și foarte curat, perfect pentru noi și cei doi copii. Locația este aproape de plajă și de punctele de interes, ceea ce ne-a făcut șederea foarte comodă. Gazda a fost deosebit de primitoare și atentă, ceea ce ne-a făcut să ne simțim ca acasă.

Apartamentul este foarte bine poziționat, central, aproape de mare. Este curat, amenajat modern, are toate facilitățile, inclusiv fier de călcat, uscător de păr, mașina de spălat, uscător de rufe, dotări în bucătărie. Am avut o comunicare foarte bună cu gazda, răspunsuri prompte și de folos.

Ar fi mai comod dacă apartamentul ar avea și un loc propriu de parcare. Am găsit parcare lângă scara de fiecare dată, dar fiind o zonă centrală și aglomerată, recunosc, a fost un noroc de fiecare dată.

The appartment is spacious enough and has a good location.

They advertised a well equipped kitchen and what I found there was significantly different. I even announced beforehand that I would need to cook some easy meals for my son and need a pan and a kettle. What I found was a very old and scratched kettle I could not safely use for any meals. Later, the host sent a pan that again, was so old I could not fry a pancake in it. They advertise some small appliances, but you cannot actually use them because they are not properly cleaned for a very long time (e.g. espresso machine had lots of old ground coffee in it). I tried to use the stove, but it was so dirty, the gas could not fire. They sent someone to clean it and then it worked better, but not as it was supposed to. We announced we are going to be 4 persons and only got 3 pillows for sleeping, because toddlers are not counted for as persons. We would have used more towels: for a 4 nights stay we only received 3 large towels and 2 small with no change or extra towels provided. The rooms were cleaned with a detergent that had a very strong perfume. Someone very sensitive to smells could not have slept on those sheets and in the rooms smelling so strong. The doors are old and the one at the bathroom can barely be closed and produces a lot of noise. It certainly ruins the sleep of the people in the dormitory. The sofa cannot be used for sleeping by people >55kg. It is really uncomfortable, you can feel the horizontal wooden bars. It is noisy because of the outside traffic: first floor with all windows towards a very busy boulevard - take this into account if your sleep can easily be disturbed. Overall, the host tries to make as much money with a mediocre apartment at the price of a good one. It lacks attention to detail, care for the guests' comfort, the host rarely visits the place to check for what's broken and dirty.
