There was a fair bit of street noise through the night, likely bc we were there on a Friday and Saturday night.

The townhouse was the perfect location.We stayed 3 nights and walked everywhere. Very central to all the action . We enjoyed the rooftop terrace every evening having a glass of wine relaxing after a full day of site seeing.

IT is close to the centre and local Bar next door was shutting down around midnight/12.30 so not too noisy. The top terrace accessed by external steps, did get plenty of sun (but is completely overlooked and could do with some screens)

The quality of the bedding and furniture and facilities does not come up to the standard of other houses that we have rented in Lagos. The front door lock is in need of a carpenter to make it more secure. Inside nearly all of the doors do not actualy close or are stiff to operate. The upstairs bathroom door isn't hung properly and out of line with the door frame. it keeps swinging open. We got the feeling that the owner (who was a very nice man via, messages) has not long taken the house over, although he did get a plumber out to stop a water leak in the main bathroom and unclog the upstairs shower tray which was overflowing out of the tray, (I believe this was mentioned in previous ratings) The quality of the furniture including on the terrace needs updating, I got the feeling that Stefan was getting around to improving the fixtures and fittings as the dishwasher and Washing Machine Vaccum Cleaner were brand new.
