House at the Benedictine Monastery

A fost un apartament în centru orașului , pe jos ajungi la toate obiectivele de vizitat. Este un cartier sigur noaptea , luminat , animat . Apartamentul este sigur și confortabil .

Nu a fost ceva care să nu ne placă .

SUPER CONSIGLIATO Location strategica e vicina a tutto, la famiglia che gestisce il.posto.semplicemente meravigliosa, sempre molto disponibili e pronti per cercare di rispondere ad ogni esigenza o richiesta o dubbio.

Posizione, pulizia, confort, cura del dettaglio e attenzione da parte di chi gestisce appartamento

Location is good, as its quiet area. Up on the hill at small streets where nobody goes. Not nice or clean area, but minimal trafic. Host bring as portable heater, as built in heater / aircondition units did not work in any of the rooms. It gave us feeling that owner doesnt take care of appartment, but wait someone to complain before do anything. Somehow i guess that these are not repaired yet. Kitchen was good for 2, ok for 3, but small for 4 visitors. Main bedroom doesnt have toilet in room, but in other side of apartment through kitchen. Smaller bedroom had a shower where all water ends to floor where you should walk. It seems that shover cabin door is missing.

Cold rooms, as heating doesnt work. 10 degrees nights outside in december and apartment felt just as cold, as it maybe hasnt been used for some time. Owner bring us first one portable heater, and next day another and better portable heater. We survived, but it was not fun or nice. Of course heating and airconditioning should be working. Owner told that he thinks airconditionig worked at summer as if not, many would have complained. They dont do any check ups, just wait clients to complain, before do anything. This could have easily been better place and could with little effort get higher points. Dont bring here heavy big luggages. Apartment is one floor up from street level and stairs are narrow. Even roads around are so small there is no room to walk with big luggages. Location is quite far away from everything except of monastery, that was behind a corner.
