Quietly located within walking distance to Blairgowrie Village and its stunning bay and ocean beaches, this delightful guest house is situated at the rear of a lovely permanent residence where you can relax to the sound of native birdsong by day, and the crashing waves of ocean beach surf by night. The property is attached yet privately defined guest lodgings and includes a spa bath, expansive north facing covered deck with kitchenette and alfresco plus a fully fenced backyard. This property has some amenity limitations - please read before booking.
IMPORTANT
• Schoolies and groups under the age of 25 will not be accepted at this property under any circumstances.
• Strictly no parties or gatherings of any type – the host’s properties are offered for private accommodation purposes only.
• This property has some amenity limitations – please ensure you have thoroughly read through the listing description before making your booking.
• While the host offers the ability to book instantly, you will be contacted to confirm written acceptance of the Terms & Conditions of your stay. Please ensure you have thoroughly read and understand the T&C’s, which can be found by downloading the Rental Agreement on the “Review Rules & Policies” page (after entering your dates and contact details). THE SPACE
• 2 bedrooms (Sleeps 4)
• 1 bathroom with corner spa and separate powder room
• Equipped with an outdoor kitchenette on the undercover deck complete with basic essentials
• Weber BBQ
• Nespresso coffee machine
• 3 x TVs (the inside 2 of which are Smart TVs)
• Deck is equipped with an 8-seater dining table and sun beds
• 2 x split system heating and cooling systems, ceiling fans and wall heaters in bedrooms
• Off street parking space for 2 cars
Please note:
• Although very private and separated by a locked door, this space is Suite B located at the rear end of a residence where Suite A is occupied by full-time residents. You will be provided with complete privacy, and there are no shared spaces, so please make yourself at home, but be respectful and limit noise
• This property does not have a full indoor kitchen - however it has a well equipped "kitchenette", situated outdoors on the undercover alfresco
• This property does not have laundry facilities
• This property is not suitable for children under the age of 2
• Tariff includes bed and bath linen (BYO beach towels)
• Free WIFI, with streaming services accessible via your own login
• There are external CCTV cameras installed at this property
• Access details will be provided late afternoon the day prior to your stay, after individual security codes are set
• A security deposit in the amount of $750 will be held against your credit card from the day prior to your arrival. This amount will be released 5 days after check-out, provided there are no damages or breaches of the Terms & Conditions outlined in the Rental Agreement.

Very comfortable and lovely back deck.Only concern from an elderly point of view is that it is very hard to get into the spa to be able to shower. Needs at least one safe holding rail.

This stay was phenomenal, we absolutely loved it. I see in some of the reviews some complained about the kitchen area being outside, or the WIFI etc the fact that you go away to another place means you want to get away from day to day living stuff for us it did not matter if the kitchen area is outside, it reminded us of when we went camping when we were still living in South Africa :) and the WIFI didn't bother us in the least we just gave our phones to our little one to watch Netflix in the evenings. I will suggest this place to everyone I know, it is big enough, cozy and near the beach and shops... STUNNING STUNNING STUNNING!!!!!!

No indoor cooking or eating facilities. This lack of kitchen dominated our stay. Having to go outside to make coffee in the morning was inconvenient and cold.
No wifi was also a surprise.
Shower was very difficult to get in and out of.
All else was good.
