- At time of check-in, a valid government-issued photo identification is required and must match the guest name under which the reservation was made. A credit card for a $200 USD security deposit and a nightly $11.35 plus tax resort fee will be required. The deposit must be made on a major credit card- cash and pre-paid debit cards are not accepted.
- Daily Resort Charge will be added to the room rate and includes: Guest Basic Internet; Sports Equipment (Tennis, basketball, Shuffleboard); Self-Parking 1 car; Barbecue Equipment; PressReader Access; Board Game rentals.

Property as well-kept. The staff seem to be very competent and friendly. The pool was clean and enjoyable. The rooms had everything we needed regard to utensils, quality TV, and an air conditioner that can constantly run without shutting on and off. My wife and I slept well. I would certainly consider coming back.

The listing showed an efficiency room with a queen bed and sofa. We were given a room with two double beds. When I notified the property manager, she said the room configurations were not guaranteed, especially through third party bookings like this one.
