Stayed here for 7 days and had a great experience. The accommodation was comfortable, the rooms were clean, and the aircon was strong, which made the stay even better. The WiFi was also strong, which was important for work. The staff were all very friendly and helpful throughout. Overall, it was a really great stay and I would definitely recommend it.

Do not be fooled by the nice looking pictures. This place is noisy day and night. I did not have wife for 1 day and no warm water for 2.5 days. The staff barely helps, saying “We can’t control wifi or electricity”. They are very lazy and greedy. For the same price, go to U Hotel down the street for MUCH BETTER quality and service.

Too many issues to list, but for starters, there appears to only be 2 employees a housekeeper and a part time manager that is almost never there, so the main desk is almost never open. My room had a toilet that was missing a toilet seat, so I asked for another room. That room also was missing a toilet seat. Agoda should be ashamed to call this a 5-star hotel; it’s far lower than a 1-star hotel! They didn’t even clean my room after I was out all day! I couldn’t wait to leave this terrible hotel. I wouldn’t recommend this place for anyone!
