Be careful with the tourist tax

The flat is beautiful and spacious. The view is stunning and the location is wonderful.

The manager of the flat has charged us a full fee for a tourist tax for both of our kids, even though the babies should pay nothing and the kids pay only 50%. Even after sending a personal message, no refund was made. It was very disappointing.

Communication with the host`s assistant. We wanted to extend our stay, therefore we gave a call to our host. Instead of him, his assistant Adil spoke to us and confirmed our stay. I have sent a text via booking.com as well. We went for skiing and left our stuff in the flat and waited our host quote for the extension. On our way back to the flat after skiing we have been told to move out because someone else have booked it. I gave a call to the host saying that we were agreed about the extension and they should have removed this date from the system. Unfortunately the host simply declined the call.... The flat is gut, but the management is very unprofessional.

Comfortable setting with a beautiful view!

Everything was wonderful from the position to the comfort snd style of the apartment.

My only critique was that I would have liked to access Netflix and maybe a larger TV.

Stylish and cozy

Apartments are exceedingly good equipped and designed. That's really rare case when you feel yourself like you are at home. Attention to small details makes house cozy and functional. Location is pretty quite and safe, parking is located nearby. Host was extremely supportive and answered on all our questions online. Thanks for small gifts like cookies, chocolates and some wine. This is a place where we would like to get back :)

Superb

Perfectly located in Crans Montana city center newsr the Arnouna Ski Lift, next to Coop supermarket and restaurants. The view from the flat is stunning. The place is pristine and quiet.

The reservation is a tad complex. Booking.com also got the réservation wrong first, but made the change easily. One bulb was not working but it didn’t bother us at all. These are the only reasons why we are not give it a 10.

La décoration et équipement de l appartement. La literie est très bien. L'emplacement à côté du centre. Idéal pour tout faire à pied.

On entend le bruit de la circulation de la route juste à côté surtout lorsque les chasses neiges passent toute la nuit.

Schöne, kleine Wohnung, aber zu wenig Platz für Skiferien, keine Abstellmöglichkeit für Skis.

Die Wohnung in einem älterene Gebäude wurde ansprechend modernisiert und liegt zentral. Sie ist sauber und geschmackvoll eingerichtet.

Die Wohnung eignet sich nicht für Skiferien. Der Inhaber hat viele Schränke in der Wohnung und auch die Box im Keller für den persönlichen Gebrauch verschlossen. Somit hat man viel zu wenig Platz für alle Schuhe und Kleider. Da kein Skiraum vorhanden ist, lautet die Empfehlung, die nassen Skis, Snowboards und Schuhe in die Wohnung zu nehmen. Dies ist für eine Familie in dieser kleinen Wohnung nicht zumutbar.
