Die Lage, das Haus an sich, der Garten, der Meerblick, Sonnenschirm und Strandstühle vorhanden, der kurze Weg zum Meer mit einem tollen Strand (Sand zur einen, Fels zur anderen Seite ein Eldorado für Kinder) sehr freundliche und hilfsbereite Vermieter.
Das Haus ist ein wenig hellhörig.

La posizione a due passi dalla splendida spiaggia di San Lorenzo e cinque minuti in macchina da Marzamemi , ma anche lo stile della casa , fresco e accogliente .

Communication with the property, all very complicated and many extras charges. According to Booking.com the price includes taxes and charges. Once we had the booking (non refundable) confirmed we received many emails informing us of extra charges. Including early check out fee 40 euros if leaving the property before 8am. We also had to pay 36 euros of tourism tax which booking.com website states are included. Please note that the property has a check in only from 5pm. The check out is from 8 to 10, outside this two hours you will be charged extra. Limited use of electricity. If you exceed the limit they will charge you extra. It was not a positive experience.
