Welcome to Duke 2 Residence. Discover the perfect blend of luxury and convenience in our Duke 2 residence, a spacious and fully furnished retreat located in the serene suburbs of southwest Atlanta. Just 12 minutes from Hartsfield-Jackson Atlanta International Airport and a short drive to the vibrant Downtown and Midtown Atlanta, Duke 2 offers both accessibility and tranquility.

• Comfort and Elegance: Accommodates up to 12 guests with five elegantly appointed bedrooms, including a master ensuite upstairs, and a total of six beds spread across two levels. The home features three full bathrooms and a spacious open floor plan with a living room, kitchen island designed for entertaining, dining room, office area, and an entertainment area with a foosball table, all enhanced by hardwood flooring.
• Modern Amenities: Experience home-like comforts with plush bedding, a fully equipped kitchen, smart TVs for streaming, free Wi-Fi, and a starter supply of essentials. (Please note guests will need their own streaming accounts to stream their favorite shows on their favorite streaming apps, but there are some free apps.)
Duke 2 is designed for ultimate comfort and ease, requiring only your personal suitcase upon arrival.
*PLEASE NOTE: This property requires a thirty (30) night minimum stay.
As preventative measure against parties and neighborhood complaints, and possible city fines, we have 1 outdoor security camera on the front exterior wall facing the driveway/front door, and 2 outdoor security cameras on the back exterior wall facing the entire backyard, pool and hot tub area. There’s 1 NoiseAware sensor inside, and 1 outside by the seating area.

The property was very spacious. We enjoyed the pool and the hot tub. It was in a quiet neighborhood. We di wish the water pressure was better and the landscaping needed some upkeep. the property management was very easy to deal with. Overall we had a wonderful stay!

So the property is as it says and it accommodated our work team well. We had significant internet issues, and the communication and effort by the team was great! They had someone out there until 11pm one night trying to fix it. In the en it wasn't something they could fix and internet service provider would need to fix. It would work for a bit and then stop. It was a major frustration for our trip because it was a work trip, but again, they made amazing efforts to resolve and would have continued I'm sure, but we had meetings and work to get to and did not have the time to spend on our last day trying to trouble shoot again. I know they were working to resolve this issue, everything else was great!
