Stunning setting right on the edge of the mighty Nyungwe rainforest. Great food and friendly and professional staff. Good spa and fabulous pool with a view.
The property was a little slow in responding to e-mail enquiry.

We had an amazing time at One & Only. It’s the best place we have stayed so far - the setting is beyond imagination, the rooms with tremendous attention to detail - most comfortable beds ever. The staff shows great level of hospitality and the cool deserves an extra bravo for the excellent meals served. It’s an investment - but we saw it as a once in a lifetime excursion - and it was worth it!
The amazing pool was unfortunately not heated due to a defect, which was bad luck..

Very helpful staff
Rapport qualité prix disproportionné : very good hotel, nicely situated, very helpful staff and service. The equipment are good , well kept. Still no exceptional equipment or nor exceptional extra treatment or service justifying the exceptional price.
