The property was just as advertised on VRBO. Overall, it was a nice place to stay. It's a wonderful community with lots of activities and 2 nice pools.

The house was very clean. The owner provided instructions on how to get the key to the house and provided a neighbor to come and meet me and be my point of contact if any issues occurred.
The Owner lives out of the country, so have to use "Whats" app to communicate with her, once I figured out that it she was responsive.
The property does not have cable TV, just a FireStick. So get NetFlix and other streaming, but no regular cable channels, so any renters should be aware.
The community is beautiful with 2 poos and hot tubs and a very nice club house where there are a lot of activities if you have time.
I would stay there again if I am able.
