Bear Ridge has been completely updated in 2020 with all new flooring and furnishings throughout. The common area is furnished with a leather reclining sofa and loveseat. Our family rented this lovely cabin for two nights to attend a wedding. The property was newly updated, beautifully furnished and very clean. We had everything we needed and Freddie and Nicole were wonderful hosts, very responsive to questions and requests, friendly and timely in all their responses. I would highly recommend this cozy cabin for a getaway, a vacation or just to spend some time enjoying the Smoky Mountains!

We took our grandchildren ages 15, 12 & 7…to say they loved it, is an understatement! The large loft was their vacation dream come true. With a TV & Arcade game machine!!! Downstairs included a spacious living & kitchen area with 2 large bedrooms plus 2 baths, washer & dryer. We really didn’t want to leave the cabin to go see the sites-the peaceful, relaxing atmosphere of the cabin & wraparound porch was all we needed. Did I mention the large hot tub on the deck was awesome in the crisp, cool evenings. Kids were asking when they could come back before we left the property!

I highly recommend this property for your family vacation to the Smoky Mountains. The cabin was perfect for our family. The description and pictures on the listing are accurate. The beds are really comfortable. The loft is perfect for kids. My kids loved the hot tub and the pool. It's away from busy crowds but close enough to everything you want to do. There are other cabins close by but there is enough space and trees between them that you have plenty of privacy. It feels like your staying in a really nice treehouse. It is a beautiful, peaceful setting. The hosts are great! They answered questions promptly and our check-in and check-out went smoothly. We look forward to staying again!

Freddie was an excellent host and very responsive. We had a winter storm on our arrival weekend and had lots of questions and concerns. He was very accommodating. Once we were in the cabin, everything was perfect. The housekeeping was excellent and we had plenty of towels and bed linens for all 9 of us. The loft area was a hit with our kids and they loved the video games and the room layout. Once we got the lay of the land, we realized the location was perfect! We wanted to avoid the traffic congestion of Gatlinburg and when we did venture over there, we were grateful to not be in the middle of it every day. There was plenty to do in Sevierville and Pigeon Forge and the drives were beautiful. We would definitely stay there again.

My family and I always wanted to rent a cabin for many years, and we were pleasantly surprised at the peacefulness of the area. Sitting on the porch at night and listening to the animals was so amazing. The cabin was nice and clean, and the beds were so comfortable. The plus was being in the middle of nature and still being close to the Pigeon Forge.

The cabin was just as described. Our stay was comfortable and we felt safe in the area. The cabin is roomy with the loft and plenty of space for everyone. The kitchen has the basics. Shampoo was found under bath sinks on last day. Hand soap needed in queen bedroom bath. Queen bed has a very uncomfortable rut in the middle. King bed was great. Dryer doesn't heat enough. Had to run cycle over. Maybe bec vent hose too long with bend. Kids were comfortable in the loft and liked having their own space with the game console. Could use more family games. Communication from owners was informative & timely. Thank you. Regardless of a few things, we had a great time vacationing in the Smokies.

Nothing special about this place. No view! The hot tub is was to small. We had to rotate who was in there luckily we had a hose after just 3 of us got in we were losing lots of water. Not enough pots and pans to cook dinner for all of us. No Toilet paper. Rent cabins a couple times a year this was definitely way more expensive and has less stuff to do. Oh ya the pool was closed nobody told us. Was one of the big reasons we chose this cabin. I guess you live and learn. 🙁
