About this house rental

The baron's house is the first holiday home in Reggio Emilia.
Since 2004 we have been renting apartments to tourists from all over the world with passion and professionalism.
We are twenty minutes walk from the historic center of Reggio Emilia, in a quiet residential neighborhood near a green space where sleep quality is guaranteed.
You will be free to park your car in the courtyard of the house or along the road because in this area the parking is free and the movement of cars is not limited.
We have furnished the apartments in a simple and complete way, not letting families and groups who stay for months miss anything.
Each apartment is equipped with an efficient independent heating system and is equipped with air conditioning, has a washing machine and an equipped kitchen and has wifi fiber optic internet coverage.
