ENJOY THE ENTIRE HOME : Halfway between San Francisco & Los Angeles, in desired Foxenwood Estates in Santa Maria, CA. 15 min. to Vandenburg AFB. Perfect place to visit more than a dozen wineries, enjoy wine tasting, or golfing weekends. A beach lover's dream, farmers market, festivals, biking marathons,, rodeos, the Danish town of Solvang, and the Chumash Casino, all less than 30 min. away. You can walk to bars, eateries, antique shops, and wine tasting rooms right down the street in Old Downtown Orcutt. Pioneer Park for large groups and children is only 2 blocks from the home. Or just relax and BarBQ with family in the shaded backyard or enjoy the hot tub. ***Small gatherings allowed at an extra charge.**
The space: THIS IS A NON SMOKING HOME AND PROPERTY
This home is beautifully decorated, and everything you need is furnished. Ceiling fans, and TV's in all bedrooms, new quality mattresses, and high speed internet. Nice large desk for working remotely. Master suite has private entrance with side patio. Bedroom #2 and #3 each have 2 extra long twin beds. Large patio for Barbecuing and dining while sipping a glass of wine or relaxing in the hot tub after a fun day on the Central Coast. A Chefs kitchen fully furnished. Open two sets of french doors across the back of the home for indoor/outdoor entertaining at its best. Snuggle up to a cozy fireplace in the evening. A kerug coffee maker is available, but please bring your coffee flavor of choice.
Important : Please know that Prices may change during vacation season particularly from April thru October.
Please do not sit on the antique barber chair !!
Our guest have access to the entire home, with no interruptions. For 8 guests, I furnish 2 blow up twin mattress in a large area off the dining area. There's a $25 extra charge per guest per night over 6 people . Lots of off street parking, and a gated area to park bikes and toys. Laundry available. Small pet welcome if house broken. I have a dogie door. I do not allow your pet to sleep on our beds, couches or the chairs please!! We do not cater to children 2 yrs. and under. If using the Hot Tub, tenant is responsible to turn off jets, and make sure the "Mode Button" is set to "Econ" after using. Quiet time after 11 pm. please. ID may be checked upon arrival.
Most weekend rates are higher than Sun - Thurs. Seasonal rates from April - November, and Holiday rates may also be higher. Please inquire.
Owner welcomes individuals who are looking for longer term rentals and willing to offer a discount. Please inquire.
Owner has Lock Off Unit behind home, insulated for total privacy, with exterior entrance, which is not available for rent. Owner travels a lot, and will many times not be on the property.
My local manager will always be available if needed. Talk to owner regarding minimum nights

With the help of a cousin who lives local and me from out of state- we found this place that offered all the amenities (and more) that I had been searching for to hold a family gathering. After a long day of flight and drive from LAX- this place of stay actually exceeded my expectations. This beautiful home offers Spacious Living rooms, Bedrooms w/
comfortable mattress, quality bedding, fully equipped kitchen and yard to entertain or relax in the hot tub with a glass of wine (which we did)- Our Host Judy and her four legged little sidekick Zoey couldn't have been more delightful or easy to work with. . Our 5 day stay was so comfortable I felt like I was entertaining in my own home and I was not ready to leave. —You will not be disappointed—

We came here for a girls weekend and had a great time! Quiet neighborhood, close to a lot of things. Owner was very communicative, and the house manager was great. The house was lovely.
