About this house rental
Pretty family house of 100m², near the greenway, 5 minutes from the heart of the village, and close to all amenities (supermarket, shops, weekly market ...).
This house includes:
- 3 rooms,
- 1 bathroom with walk-in shower,
- 1 fully equipped kitchen: fridge / freezer, oven, electric hob, microwave, dishwasher, electric coffee maker, toaster, ...
- 1 cellar: washing machine, cleaning kit, etc.
- 1 large living room of 30 m² with fireplace and TV,
- 1 mezzanine containing an additional bed (double bed).
- 1 terrace with garden furniture, sunbeds, barbecue
- the independent garage at the bottom of the garden and a large room upstairs are not included in the rental
A private garden (1200m²), partly shaded, allows you to relax and easily park several cars. Children can play safely.
The following services are also offered:
- Baby equipment is available on request (cot, bath).
- An optional cleaning service is possible at the price of 40 euros per stay.
- Sheet hire on request, state at time of booking (€ 5 / bed)
The location of the house (20 min from the Porte des Cévennes, 50 min from La Grande-Motte, 30 min from Nîmes and 45 min from Montpellier) provides access to many activities: Le Pont du Gard, Uzès , the Haribo museum, the Bambouseraie and the Anduze steam train, St Jean du Gard and the Cévennes traditions museum, the Gallo-Roman monuments of Nîmes, Aigues-Mortes, Sète, the Gard Camargue, Vergèze and the Perrier museum , Mont-Aigoual, the Maison de l'eau aux Plantiers, the Gallo-Roman site of Ambrussum near Lunel ...
The Children's Village, located less than 15 km away, offers many activities for the youngest.
The hiking trails around Quissac are numerous and they allow you to discover small picturesque villages.
Beautiful bike rides are possible for amateurs. Bikes can be stored in a secure space.
In the village, the weekly Wednesday market is lively and allows, with the Maison du terroir, to discover and taste local products. The intercommunal swimming pool is open every day during the summer.
In fine weather, many festivities are organized in Quissac or in the nearby villages: traditional festivals, féria, night markets, cultural events ...

Grande maison agréable sur un vaste terrain idéalement située. Le quartier est calme et éloigné des grandes voies de circulation. A proximité de commerces et du centre ville.

Très belle maison, spacieuse, très propre et bien équipée.
La salle de bain avec sa très belle douche est particulièrement agréable.
La maison est très bien située : à quelques minutes du centre du village d'un côté et de la voie verte de l'autre.
Le jardin est joli et la terrasse couverte est très agréable. L'endroit est très calme.
Je note tout particulièrement la gentillesse et la disponibilité de notre hôte et nous la remercions pour l'accueil reçu.
Nous avons passé une très bonne semaine et reviendrons en octobre avec plaisir.
