We had a wonderful stay and really enjoyed our time here. The property is surrounded by beautiful nature and mountain views, creating a calm and peaceful atmosphere. It’s a perfect place to escape from busy city life, relax, and spend some quality time with family or friends. One of the highlights is Badulu Oya, which is very close to the property. The river and surrounding nature add something special to the experience, and there are places where you can enjoy a refreshing bath when the water conditions are safe. As with any natural river, it’s always best to check the water level and conditions before getting in. The property also has lovely swings that kids will really enjoy, making it a nice place for families. Children can have fun while the adults relax and enjoy the peaceful surroundings and beautiful views. Another unique experience was watching the trains pass along the other side of the mountain. It was especially enjoyable at night, and seeing and hearing the trains in the distance added a special charm to the peaceful atmosphere. We were lucky enough to stay around a Poya day, and one of the most memorable moments was watching the full moon rise from behind the mountain. The moon appearing over the mountains in the quiet nighttime surroundings was a truly beautiful sight. If you are planning to stay around a Poya day, it’s definitely something worth experiencing. The owner was extremely friendly, helpful, and supportive throughout our stay. Communication was easy, and the owner was always available whenever we needed assistance. The access road is a little steep in some places, but it is manageable with some care. The owner was also very helpful in providing directions and guiding us along the road. We would definitely recommend this property to anyone looking for a peaceful nature getaway and would happily visit again!
