The apartment is modern and clean, with a full kitchen and half bath on the first floor and king bed in a lofted space with a WC and bathtub, with air conditioning. There is elevator access and cable TV. The kitchen is well-stocked, with a full refrigerator/freezer, and coffee maker and hotpot. The bed is also very comfortable. The owner/manager is available by messaging (in French) and gives access instructions and responds quickly to questions. This is great for a one or several-night stay but might be more challenging for an extended stay just given the surrounding area. There are public beaches ~20 minute walk away.

The rental is a little difficult to find as it is in a condo/residence building which is accessed by an unlabeled dirt road and then a keybox is used to retrieve a gate remote and building fob. The "beach" in front of the building is unusable as it is seaweed/sargassum covered and has a bad odor but that is not the rental's fault/responsibility. There is a nearby pool but it is in a "resort" and requires additional payment. The "neighborhood" in Le Gosier is around a casino and other gated resorts/residences so the area is just full of parked cars and the restaurants nearby have sporadic hours. The area has various states of construction/abandonment with sections of wire/sheet metal and graffiti which may surprise guests used to full-service, manicured resorts.

La vue du séjour et de la terrasse donne sur un immense parking bruyant, pas du tout le charme des Antilles. Pas de transat, pas de table hormis a l'extérieur . Vendredi, samedi et dim bruyants a causes des animations a 2 pas ( casino et grand hôtel)
