A pesar de ser un hotel pequeño, en el desayuno fuimos muy bien atendidos, no recuerdo el nombre de la señora que nos atendió. Destacable también fue el trato de la recepcionista Marcela. Más cordial y atenta de lo esperable. Fue una noche de descanso después de más de ocho horas de viaje en automóvil.
Nada negativo que comentar.

Pedí una cama de 2 plazas y llegué y habían 2 camas chicas en una habitación por algo ofrecen algo que está disponible en booking

El agua caliente no funcionó en la ducha, apenas tibia. Y hacía mucho frío

Modern and clean. Staff friendly and helpful.
Very expensive even considering Chilean prices. Room doors face into an atrium, and we were disturbed by very noisy guests in other rooms. Asking for a quiet room not resolve this, or you need to be lucky.
