Zunächst als Ausweichlösung angesteuert, haben wir unseren Aufenthalt sogar um eine Nacht verlängert, da die Ausstattung, die Atmosphäre und das Personal unsere Erwartungen mehr als erfüllt haben. Unser Zelt war absolut ansprechend, schöne Dusche in gut gelöstem Bad-WC-Außenbereich, gutes Frühstück, insgesamt leckeres 3-Gänge-Dinner mit fester Zusammenstellung durch die Küche. Sehr nette und im Verlauf eindrucksvolle Willkommensgeste war die einstündige Mokoro-Fahrt durch das Seerosenmeer des Boteti River. Die Verwaltung war zudem außerordentlich hartnäckig und erfolgreich beim Ausbügeln eines von uns verursachten Buchungsfehlers. Die etwas abgelegene Position zum Makgadigadi-Nationalpark wird ausgeglichen durch die Katzensprung-Distanz nach Maun.

Food was good and plenty of it.
Overall condition of lodge was going down hill, staff were not very proactive with obvious things that could have been repaired or cleaned.
