The property was extremely clean and the communication was great! We loved the location as we were able to walk to breakfast every morning. There was so much nearby, it worked perfectly for us!

Immaculate and tranquil, this property provides you the best of both worlds--home town friendliness within steps of your door, or drive 10 miles down the road to big city lights. Evanna makes your stay in Bulverde effortless by providing you all the luxuries and conveniences you could imagine. The Flat has a full modern kitchen, a large master bedroom and a spa master bath. Second full bath has a walk in shower which is amazing. I can't say enough good things about this property. Believe the pictures--the place is better in person. It is definitely worth a stay. We will be back.
