About this apartment rental
A 2-bedroom, 1 bathroom apartment located within a spacious complex. Apartment is located on the 13th floor so incredible sea and Mountain views. Bathroom is newly remodeled and features a luxurious shower. Terrace has also been remodeled and has been updated with brand new furniture and a ceiling fan to enjoy relaxing meals while looking at the sea. Olympic size swimming pool (June 15-Sept 15), tennis courts, squash courts, playground for children and a lot of green space within the complex. Perfectly situated in the most sought-after area in Benicasim. Less than 5 minute walk to beach (with private and direct access) with restaurants and bars and a 10 minute walk to the town (pueblo) area which has a lot of nightlife. *Please note there is no air conditioning, but there are ceiling fans and a nice breeze due to being on the 13th floor. There is no designated parking but there is parking in front of the building only for residents so parking is usually no problem.

My husband Mark and I rented the Apartment in Benicassim for the month of May. Our favorite part of the property was the stunning view of the water. The location and the grounds of the property were very nice!

Lovely views of beach with sandy beach to left and mountains to the right. Large sunny balcony with table and chairs.Excellent Wi-Fi. Watched lots of TV on Wi-Fi.Homely. Lots of handy items available.Well ventilated.Portable radiator for if it’s nippy.Comfortable mattresses.MicrowaveWashing machineExcellent position 200 metres from sea 200 metres from supermarkets inc Mercadona.Market on Thursdays.Rubbish chute near flat entrance.Lots of parking in secluded cul-de-sac.Very caring and helpful host.Two liftsNot far from municipal sports centre with good pool, jacuzzi, sauna and excellent gym.Cons:Very small shower

The apartment was very nice. Location close to beach and a ten minute walk to the village.Margo the manager was very helpful and pleasant to interact with.
Only drawback is the lack of taxis in early June.

Could do with information re induction hob, where to put rubbish. Mugs and plates were chipped and stained.
Margo the host is lovely and came round when I couldn’t get hob on. Double bed extremely comfortable. Balcony exceptional really big. I had dinner there looking at the views. I definitely will book again and recommend
this apartment to friends. Almost next door to supermarket .only 320 steps to the fabulous prom. I recommend the Tower for drinks and a tasty meal.
