About this apartment rental
Welcome to Meadow Lake golf and winter resort! This residence is the lower level basement of an up and down town home that was split into two units. Since there are tenants above you, you will be able to hear them from above and sometimes clearly. It is privately located in the highly desirable Oakmont loop area. Oakmont loop has summer access only to an outdoor pool and hot tub. Meadowlake resort as an incredible 18 hole golf course on property. Other amenities include tennis court and a children's playground. The summer pool and hot tub is right next door!!
Build brand new in the Spring of 2020. This residence is the lower unit of an up and down duplex and contains two full bedrooms, a bunk room/ living room combo and two full bathrooms. Sleeps up to 6 comfortably. You will enter the property from the exterior staircase to the right of the unit. Within the condo you will find it warm and inviting. For those hot summer days, we have central A/C. The residence includes brand flooring in the living room, stainless steel appliances, tiled bathroom floors,, granite counters and all new furniture. The living room has a large flatscreen with cable. Wifi is provided as well. The lower level has access to the lawn area. You walk directly into the dining room and kitchen. The sleeping arrangement will be as followed: The living room has a twin over full bunk bed in the room. The second bedroom will have a king bed set. The third bedroom has a queen bed set. You do not have access to the garage with this unit. You will have room for one car in the driveway. If you have multiple cars, you will have to park the others about 1/8th of a mile away at the pool parking area.
This property sits inside a resort community but does not have access to resort amenities, (Pools and Splash parks) but does have its own separate pool for the neighborhood. The onsite golf course is open to the public and offers advanced tee times. ** Pool is only open in the summer from Memorial Day thru Labor Day. No access to the year round meadowlake clubhouse
Meadow Lake golf resort is located in beautiful Columbia Falls and is centrally located. 15 minutes to the airport, 30 minutes to Glacier National Park, 30 minutes to Whitefish Mountain Ski Resort and of course 10 minutes downtown Columbia Falls.
We have a 60 day cancellation policy. More than 60 days notice full refund minus $100 administrative fee. Less than 60 days no refunds.

There really was no living room, the room listed as a living room was a bedroom with a couch and a TV. The unit was listed as fully stocked but was missing kitchen utensils to cook. The spa was not working

I listed out the pros and cons from my standing points.
pros
1). The property is new and clean.
2). The check in/out are easy (w/o contact any person. it's really good for COVID-19 period).
3). Communication is easy and friendly. We requested a late check out in the afternoon but they only can offer the stay till noon (from 10 AM).
4). A lot of beds (I think if includes sofa bed, can have up to 8 ppl). If you have a big family travel to here, this is the place for you.
cons
1). very very noise. You can clearly hear people walking, taking showers, using water, and talking upstairs. Kind of annoying. The major problem for us is their schedule. We were be woken up couple time at early morning and night (6 AM-ish and one night is 3AM-ish)
2). there is no dining table or tea table in the living/dining room. If you always eat out, it should be okay. We bought take-out a couple times, and found out no table is very inconvenient.
3). no garbage disposal.
4. At check out, you have to bring all the trash to 1 mile away to the garbage collection area.
