About this apartment rental
Beautiful apartment with terrace:
Apartment of 90 M2 located on the magnificent port of the Fleet decorated in nine mid 2019 in a pure spirit of Ré. It has a beautiful 25m² sun terrace with barbecue, table and deckchair. The terrace is fully walled and has no vis-à-vis.
The strong point of the apartment is its location: The market and shops are a few meters away. The port is less than 20 meters away (visible from the window). The Arnerault beach is located less than 150 M.
A car park (paying in summer) is located 100M away.
The apartment has a beautiful, bright living room with an open fitted kitchen opening onto a beautiful living area with a flat screen and a DVD player. A dining room. 3 beautiful bedrooms with window on the terrace (including a master suite) with storage, 2 bathrooms, 2 toilets.
The kitchen is fully equipped (dishwasher, microwave, multifunction oven, induction hob, fridge, freezer, coffee maker, toaster, etc.).
The 3 bedrooms have new bedding.
A bedroom with 160X200 bed
A bedroom with a 2X80 bed (possibility of putting them together)
One bedroom with bunk beds.
The bathroom includes a basin and bathtub + WC. The parental bathroom includes a shower and a basin + WC.
This apartment is ideal for holidays with friends or family in season and also out of season with its functional fireplace. To make life easier for families, we provide the necessary equipment. Travel cot, high chair, swim ring, mac laren cane stroller. Bathtub

Located on the 1st floor of a house, this apartment shares a common entrance with only one restaurant. This apartment is the only accommodation.

The village of La Flotte on the Ile de Ré is ranked among the most beautiful villages in France. It is organized around its small port with many restaurants and cafes. Only one beach at La Flotte but in our opinion it is one of the most beautiful on the north coast of the Ile de Ré. Located east of the village center, along a pleasant promenade, Arnerault beach offers a beautiful stretch of sand even at high tide. Near the city center, a wooded area with lawns attracts many summer visitors. This beach is monitored with a rescue center in its center.

Very pleasant flat, all equiped, clean, spatious and confortable. The localisation is top, near every commodities and in the typical center of this lovely small city

From initial booking through to the end of our stay, communication with the host was excellent. The apartment was much bigger than we thought from the description. We liked that the bedrooms were away from the main living space. The location is perfect and we loved having our own outside space. We were also very pleased that 2 adults and 2 children’s bikes were included in the rental. La Flotte is a perfect place for a family holiday and the apartment is perfectly located for the beach, shops and restaurants. The ice-cream shop (you can see it from the apartment) sells the most delicious ice cream that I have ever tasted!! We hope to return to the apartment for another holiday

Un grand merci à la propriétaire pour sa gentillesse et sa disponibilité. L'appartement est vraiment très bien placé à 2 pas des restos et de tous les commerces ainsi que du marché le week-end. L'appartement est calme, vraiment très spacieux avec pleins de choses à dispositions ( huile, cofé, tisane,sel poivre....) et plusieurs vélos ! La terrasse est grande et très agréable. La literie est très confortable. Nous avons passés un excellent séjour. Nous reviendrons sûrement.
