The 30 square meter studio apartment is located on the ground floor of Casa Maria, a holiday home with 2 residential units, unique location with a magnificent view of the lake and mountains, 150m above Lake Maggiore, garden seating area of 12 square meters, large well-tended garden. Very quiet location with southern flair, well-equipped kitchen, toilet, shower, a parking space is available, a long staircase leads to the apartment. Ideal for a couple looking for peace, nature and relaxation.

Wir genossen diese Woche sehr die aussicht war hervorragend und auch sonst war alles Perfekt für uns.

Die Studiowohnung ist sehr gut eingerichtet und es mangelt an nichts. Die Betten sind bequem und das Badezimmer mit Dusche/WC ist geräumig. Die erhöhte Lage am Hang bietet eine traumhafte Aussicht auf den Lago Maggiore mit den Brissago Inseln, Ascona, Locarno und die umliegenden Berge. Einziger Nachteil - vom Parkplatz bzw. der Strasse zur Wohnung sind 100 Treppenstufen zu bewältigen. Eine Grundfitness und Beweglichkeit ist zweckdienlich. Die Lage auf der Südostseite des Lago Maggiore hatte zur Folge, dass wir auf unserem Sitzplatz um diese Jahreszeit leider keine Sonne mehr hatten und drinnen essen mussten. Dies war zu verkraften, da wir auf unseren täglichen Ausflügen Sonne tanken konnten. Insgesamt haben wir es hier sehr genossen.

Das Studio ist sehr schön gelegen und bietet eine herrvorragende Aussicht. Die rund 100 Treppenstufen sind mit Gepäck etwas anstrengend, ansonsten aber kein Problem. Der Sitzplatz, welcher zum Studio gehört ist tagsüber leider meist schattig. Daher optimal für Leute die Tagsüber aktiv unterwegs sind und sich erst am späteren Nachmittag sonnen wollen. Die Einrichtung im Studio ist zweckmässig und es hat genügend Geschirr zum selbst kochen. Wir hatten eine sehr schöne Woche und waren sehr zufrieden.

Wir waren 10 Tage im Studio der Casa Maria und sind völlig begeistert. Wir werden definitiv nicht das letzte Mal hier zu Gast.
